Job summary

Axle seeks a Clinical Program Manager to join our NIH/NCI team in Rockville, MD. You will provide scientific and administrative project management to support operational objectives.

You will develop tracking systems for biomarkers funding, draft SOPs, monitor LOIs, and collaborate on IP, CRADAs, MTAs with internal and external stakeholders. Salary range is $100,000–$110,000 USD, with full benefits and on-site work at NIH.

Qualifications

• Clinical trial project management experience.
• Previous project management experience and/or clinical trial management including data management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific and administrative project management support; coordinate with CTEP, IDB, CDP, and RAB staff.
• Develop a new tracking and reporting system for Biomarkers and Medical tests funding sources; monitor LOIs and protocols.
• Draft and negotiate Cooperative Research and Development Agreements (CRADAs, MTAs) for NIH scientists and partners.
• Create data/monitoring plans and write progress reports; maintain active agreements and SharePoint pages.
