Job summary

Outcomes® seeks a Pharmacist to design and manage clinical programs and configurations for assigned clients. The role involves overseeing clinical opportunity generation, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting clinical initiatives across client accounts.

The ideal candidate is licensed, with MTM experience preferred, and capable of managing multiple projects while communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

  • Experience with MTM preferred.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently on multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Travel required: Domestic and/or International up to 10%.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement new clinical programs aligning with client requests and company priorities.
  • Implement and maintain clinical programs per CMS guidelines and regulations.
  • Provide clinical account management support to clients.
  • Manage clients’ clinical program setup and design.
  • Respond to client requests related to clinical initiatives.
  • Prepare and analyze clinical reports for assigned client accounts.
  • Serve as clinical program data SME to ensure client data aligns with program design.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Ops, Product, Quality, and Tech to develop new services and define requirements.
  • Evaluate reporting and define enhancements as needed.
  • Participate in industry meetings, trade shows, and client visits.
  • Provide clinical support in sales discussions with prospective clients.
  • Answer clinical questions from the Network.
  • Support Senior Clinical Program Manager SMEs across product areas.

JOB SUMMARY (added March 2024) Pharmacist who manages clinical program design and associated clinical configurations, serves as clinical program manager for both internal and external stakeholders, and oversees and manages clinical opportunity generation and identification processes for assigned clients’ clinical programs.

Qualifications

  • Experience with MTM, preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products

Education & Experience Requirements
  • Minimum years of work experience: 1 year
  • Minimum level of education or education/experience: Choose education level
    • Pharmacy Degree (BS or PharmD)
    • Active pharmacist license in good standing with a state board of pharmacy
