Responsibilities

• Coordinate a multidisciplinary social work program and provide administrative oversight for clinical program development.
• Ensure clinical program effectiveness and facilitation within the National Center for Warrior Independence at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System.
• Supervise multidisciplinary staff and provide training, orientation, and guidance in clinical practice.
• Develop policies, procedures, and practice guidelines to support program operations.
