Qualifications

• Completion of professional level training with licensure in psychology, mental/behavioral health or medical degree with pediatrics/child psychology.
• Minimum 5 years of experience post licensure.
• Current California licensure as Psychologist or equivalent; 3+ years of supervisory/management experience in behavioral health.
• Experience supervising clinicians and supporting staff development.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
• Knowledge of clinical standards, trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of Ravenswood outpatient mental health services.
• Monitor referral flow, intake processes, client assignment, scheduling, waitlists, and caseload distribution.
• Ensure services are delivered efficiently, equitably, and in accordance with contractual requirements and organizational standards.
• Monitor clinical productivity, service utilization, and documentation completion.
• Identify operational barriers affecting client access, quality, workflow, or staff performance and recommend solutions.
• Facilitate regular clinical team meetings and case consultation meetings.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, licensing standards, legal requirements, and clinical documentation standards.
• Review incident reports and coordinate appropriate follow-up activities.
• Escalate significant clinical, operational, compliance, staffing, or safety concerns.
• Directly supervise assigned clinical and program staff.
• Conduct supervision meetings, performance reviews, and goal-setting discussions.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, feedback, and professional development support.
• Maintain active clinical caseload consistent with management responsibilities.
• Complete all clinical documentation per requirements.
• Participate in care coordination and interdisciplinary consultation.
• Model high-quality clinical practice and professionalism.
• Support community outreach activities and represent program in meetings.
