Job summary

Charles B. Wang Community Health Center, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Program Associate to coordinate on-site and off-site clinical programs, manage inventory of supplies, and ensure quality control of medical equipment.

The role also oversees daily lab and pharmacy services and reports on clinical tracking programs. The candidate will liaise with NYC Health Department, pharmaceutical companies, and other health-related institutions, while training volunteers and para-professionals and performing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• 1-2 years of full-time relevant experience preferred.
• Competency in computer skills and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the on-site and off-site clinical programs and projects.
• Maintain the inventory of clinical supplies, and ensure quality control of medical equipment (instruments, equipment and machines).
• Responsible for the day-to-day function of the laboratory and pharmacy services.
• Prepare reports on all clinical tracking programs and projects.
• Serve as a liaison among the Health Center, NYC Department of Health, pharmaceutical companies, laboratories and other health-related institutions.
• Assist in training and supervising of volunteers and other para-professionals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
