Express Scripts Pharmacy Benefit Services is seeking a Clinical Program Advisor with deep knowledge of clinical setup, benefit design, and regulatory requirements to guide product launches and work with PBS partners on clinical intent.

You will coordinate with product teams to capture requirements and drive system updates across downstream teams, ensuring sound go-live procedures and post-launch monitoring.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree (highly preferred) or BS in Pharmacy.
• Advanced clinical experience or certifications also preferred.
• Current US Pharmacist Licensure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Must have strong commitment to clinical services and company goals.
• Ability to work with cross functional committees or workgroups.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritization.
• Able to function under stressful situations.
• Clinical expertise and understanding of clinical arena/issues across all points of pharmaceutical care.

Primary responsibilities include product management and guiding Product owners as well as downstream PBS partners on the clinical and benefit design of new and existing product launches. This position will be supporting new EverNorth product implementation. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 95,500 - 159,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
