Job summary

Mindful Therapy Group is seeking associate therapists to build private practices with strong supervision and referral support. Offices are located in Green Valley and Summerlin, Nevada, with in-person client care.

You will receive mentoring, credentialing assistance, and a collaborative clinical community designed to support licensure and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active or pending associate-level clinical license in good standing.
• Commitment to ethical care, supervision and timely documentation.
• Ability to assess, diagnose, create treatment plans and provide psychotherapy under supervision.
• Willingness to participate in practice setup and coaching.
• Desire to build a private practice while working toward full licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose clients within supervision framework.
• Develop treatment plans and provide psychotherapy under clinical supervision.
• Maintain timely documentation and ethical standard of care.
• Grow caseload and participate in practice setup and coaching.
