Job summary

A leading company in healthcare is seeking two experienced AI Product Managers to spearhead new AI-driven initiatives. These pivotal roles involve leading product teams in the development of innovative healthcare solutions, with a focus on both clinical and revenue cycle improvements. Strong backgrounds in product management, healthcare, and AI/ML concepts are essential to succeed. This is a fully remote position but requires occasional access to the New York office.

Qualifications

Interview Process: Two rounds – panel interviews with engineering and data teams - Director may meet as well

Overview

Building out the AI function and currently forming two AI-based product scrum teams. Looking to hire two experienced Product Managers to lead these teams. These will be the first AI Product Managers on the team and play a critical role in shaping new AI-driven healthcare solutions.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 7+ years of Product Management experience. Must be self-sufficient; not a role for someone who needs training.
• Domain: Healthcare experience is required, especially in building AI features/products within healthcare contexts.
• AI Knowledge:
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts is necessary.
• Should be able to work with both internally developed models and externally sourced AI solutions.
• Able to translate healthcare use cases into functional AI products.
• Involved in full product lifecycle – build, deploy, test, iterate.
• Strategic Ability: Must be comfortable building roadmaps and working across various functional teams.
• Not a technical PM role – doesn’t require deep coding or architecture experience, but strong understanding of AI application is necessary.

Two Focus Areas:

• Clinical AI Product Manager:
• Focused on unstructured data, clinician documentation, clinical workflows, and clinician support.
• Experience working with clinicians and improving data quality and documentation.
• Revenue Cycle AI Product Manager:
• Focused on optimizing the revenue cycle.
• Will be replacing a previous PM who worked in this space.
• Needs to identify pain points in the revenue process and improve through AI solutions.

Tech Stack/Tools:

• Epic: No certifications required, but experience working with Epic analysts or data/reporting tools is a strong plus.
• Palantir: Will likely be a core AI platform – experience or exposure is a plus.
