Job summary

Adentris in Austin is building an AI platform for revenue integrity and compliance in US healthcare. You will turn regulatory and coding realities into precise product specs and work daily with engineers to validate them, acting as the domain expert in front of customers and prospects.

Time split is roughly 60% product work and 40% customer interactions. This role requires deep US billing and compliance experience and comfort leading technical conversations with healthcare executives and coding

Qualifications

• 6+ years in US healthcare product roles (RCM, coding, CDI, compliance).
• Hands-on with coding, billing, and compliance domains.
• Experience with rule-based or AI-driven systems.
• Comfort presenting to healthcare executives and coding teams.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy for documentation, coding, prior auth, and denials modules.
• Translate US coding and compliance requirements into precise specs.
• Lead daily engineering loop to validate rules and QA accuracy.
• Serve as domain expert on sales calls with customers.
• Track regulatory and coding changes and drive product updates.
