Job summary

Cooper University Health Care is seeking a qualified professional to manage ongoing and focused professional practice evaluations (OPPE/FPPE) for the medical staff. You will ensure timely reviews, proper documentation, and alignment with Joint Commission standards.

Responsibilities include delineating privileges, collaborating with Department Chiefs and Credentialing staff to update forms, and facilitating changes in provider privileges.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of clinical nursing experience.
• Analytical and quantitative skills for data collection and analysis.
• Expertise querying clinical databases and using clinical decision software.
• Experience with performance improvement programs.
• MSN/BSN preferred are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FPPE and OPPE processes with medical staff leaders.
• Ensure timely, effective documentation of clinical reviews.
• Coordinate privilege delineations and credentialing updates.
• Support changes in provider privileges and job duties.
• Maintain FPPE/OPPE data in credentialing systems and reports.
• Prepare FPPE/OPPE reports for Credentials Committee.
