Shift: Mon-Fri, travel required

Job Description

Under the direction of the Manager of Clinical Transformation, the RN will analyze workflows, system functionality, and practice protocols across primary care and specialty offices. The goal is to drive process improvements, standardize practices, enhance patient access and engagement, and optimize practice management and fiscal health. The role requires travel to various practice locations and successful completion of Epic training.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a healthcare environment
  • Licensed Registered Nurse in CT
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant healthcare experience
  • Epic training completion required
  • Knowledge of ambulatory primary or specialty care practice management highly desirable
  • Experience with clinical information systems preferred
  • Understanding of healthcare systems, protocols, and procedures
  • Strong analytical skills for process improvement
