Qualifications

• RN - PA required
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (Required)
• 5+ years of clinical practice experience in the patient population cared for in the unit/area

Responsibilities

• Lead and advance nursing practice with unit/ service line impact.
• Provide clinical support and coaching for nurses and other disciplines.
• Onboard newly hired nurses and oversee unit orientation.
• Collaborate with nurse leadership and quality/safety teams on practice changes.
