This position is a field-based quality role responsible for supporting HCSC’s quality imperatives and value-based care models. The role involves working with medical practices, PCPs, Medical Directors, and Clinic Directors to improve key HEDIS measures, participate in model development, and support provider outreach initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

1. Registered Nurse (RN), Physician's Assistant, or Nurse Practitioner with current, unrestricted license.
2. 4 years of experience in health insurance, managed care, or medical group insurance.
3. Knowledge of federal and accreditation standards.
4. Experience designing clinical programs and conducting training presentations.
5. Ability to collaborate with physicians and work independently.
6. Effective communication skills, proficiency with software, and ability to travel.

This is a remote role within 250 miles of the office or within the state. Compensation ranges from $69,200 to $146,700, based on experience and location.
