Job summary

Pathfinder Oncology is seeking a skilled clinical professional to serve as CPM, delivering day-to-day oversight for an assigned patient cohort in oncology care. You will monitor the patient portal, maintain a real-time clinical timeline, and coordinate testing and imaging to inform treatment decisions.

Qualifications

• Oncology clinical background; NP, PA, or OCN credentials preferred, or equivalent oncology nursing experience.
• Prior clinical experience in oncology nursing, infusion or related bedside care setting is required.

The CPM provides day-to-day clinical oversight for a designated patient cohort — maintaining ownership over the understanding of a patient’s clinical status, including monitoring the patient’s portal, maintaining an accurate, real-time clinical timeline, and managing testing and imaging logistics to inform real-time treatment decisions. This role partners closely with treating physicians, the patient and their family, the CSM, and the broader Pathfinder clinical team to keep each patient's clinical picture current and actionable.

Your Expertise and Experience

Education: Clinical background in oncology; NP, PA, or OCN credentials preferred, or comparable oncology nursing experience

Experience : Prior clinical experience in oncology nursing, infusion, or a related bedside care setting is required. Biotech, pharma, or healthcare-industry experience is a plus, but hands-on clinical experience takes priority.
