Pathfinder Oncology, Inc. (PFO) is seeking a Client Services Manager (CSM) to translate clinical and scientific work into a clear, coordinated treatment strategy for patients and their families.

The role blends strategic oversight of an oncology client portfolio with hands-on navigation support and comprehensive project management. You will partner with Pathfinder leadership, the clinical services team, patients, and care teams to develop and support existing and novel treatment pathways.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in patient advocacy, oncology care navigation, biotech/pharma patient services, or a similar healthcare-adjacent client-facing role is preferred.
• Direct experience with cancer patients, caregivers, or care teams is highly valued.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the central advocate for patients within Pathfinder and beyond.
• Own a patient’s treatment strategy and act as patient relationship manager for a subset of patients.
• Collaborate with patients and care teams to identify actionable hypotheses.
• Explain the rationale behind tests or studies in accessible terms.
• Define and manage projects translating patient goals into treatment options, coordinating testing and collaborations.
• Engage oncology care teams and prepare communications to leadership, patients, and experts.
• Oversee execution and ensure treatment options are accessed and implemented effectively.
• Identify next steps in the treatment strategy and drive proactive execution.
• Provide care management support (scheduling, records, sample management) as needed.
• Potential future growth: lead a team of navigators and project managers.
