Pepperdine University is seeking a Clinical Placement Specialist to manage administrative, compliance, and logistical tasks for student clinical placements in the School of Nursing. You will oversee Complio, CORE-ELMS, and data integrity, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely graduation readiness.
Reporting to the Director of Clinical Academic Practice Partnerships, you will liaise with clinical partners, maintain BRN standards, and support accreditation and partnership events.
This Clinical Placement Specialist is responsible for managing the essential administrative, compliance, and logistical operations required for student clinical placements within the School of Nursing. Reporting to the Director of Clinical Academic Practice Partnerships, this role ensures data integrity and manages key software platforms, and effectively manages Complio and CORE-ELMS to support the School of Nursing’s ongoing operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and clinical placement requirements. This position directly advances the University's strategic plan by supporting Student Success, effectively removing administrative barriers to ensure students are prepared for timely graduation and NCLEX-RN licensure readiness. The Specialist fosters academic excellence and community service by acting as a liaison between the University and clinical partners, maintaining rigorous compliance with California Board of Registered Nursing (BRN) standards to uphold the institution's commitment to developing skilled, compassionate nurse leaders.

Expected Pay Range: $27.40 - $30.28 per hour
The above pay range reflects what Pepperdine University reasonably expects to pay for this position at time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on relevant factors such as work experience, market conditions, education/training, and skill level.
