Job summary

Rappahannock Community College seeks a part-time Clinical Placement Specialist at the Glenns campus in Gloucester. The role supports program heads with centralized student placement in clinical settings, admissions processing, and onboarding packets; 29 hours per week, with a pay range of $22.00–$26.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

The incumbent will maintain spreadsheets, track compliance, coordinate with clinical agency liaisons, and assist students with online clinical management

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel and Word; able to create spreadsheets and documents.
• Experience in complex environments working with people and data.
• Working knowledge of Google Drive, internet searching and data generation and management.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with multiple demands.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Centralize and coordinate placement of students in clinical settings.
• Assist with admissions processing, onboarding packets and document processing.
• Track and compile clinical agency requirements and student data across programs.
• Monitor faculty/adjunct compliance with agency forms and deadlines.
• Prepare spreadsheets, electronic records and tracking logs for placements and enrollment.
• Conduct routine audits of compliance files and report issues to program heads.
• Help students navigate online clinical management programs and orientation events.
• Build positive relationships with clinical agency liaisons, staff and students.
