Pacific College is seeking a Clinical Placement Coordinator to oversee nursing student clinical experiences, work with Dean of Nursing, and build partnerships with hospitals and clinical sites in Costa Mesa. The coordinator will manage affiliation agreements, monitor site requirements, and participate in events to promote the college and its nursing programs.

The Clinical Placement Coordinator works under the supervision of the Dean of Nursing. This
position is responsible for coordinating all clinical experiences for campus students by assisting
the dean, directors and faculty in identifying clinical sites to successfully complete evidence-
based learning opportunities. The position supports the mission and philosophy of the College
and represents the College to clinical agencies, students, and the community through clinical
scheduling and partnership development.
