Job summary

Tap Healthcare Solutions seeks an experienced Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered rehabilitation in a clinical setting in Texas. You will evaluate abilities, plan individualized care, and apply evidence-based interventions to restore mobility and independence.

Ideal candidates hold an accredited PT degree, an unrestricted TX license, and a current BLS certification, with prior rehab or acute-care experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Previous Rehabilitation or Acute Care experience.
• Strong understanding of physical therapy assessment, treatment planning, and rehabilitation principles.
• Ability to develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment programs.
• Strong clinical judgment, patient assessment, and interdisciplinary communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical abilities and impairments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve strength, mobility and balance.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to support recovery.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to maximize independence.
