Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Physical Therapist for our Grayling area site. You will assess patients, design and implement therapy plans, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to advance functional goals in a comprehensive rehabilitation program.

You will document progress, ensure compliance with licensing and hospital policies, and participate in ongoing education. This PRN/week-to-week position requires flexibility to meet patient needs and supporting program

Qualifikationen

• Must be a graduate of a CAPTE-accredited program and licensed to practice physical therapy in Michigan or eligible for licensure.

Aufgaben

• Provides patient care within PT scope and license.
• Evaluates and treats patients; develops goals with the treatment team.
• Documents progress and outcomes and maintains records.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team for discharge planning.
• Adheres to hospital policies including confidentiality and infection control.
• Supports program operations and participates in staff training as needed.
