Responsibilities

• Evaluates the patient's functional status including review of medical history.
• Communicates with multidisciplinary team members regarding patient progress.
• Implements therapeutic interventions as per treatment plans.

Knowledge of physical therapy theories, practices and standards

Skill in oral and written communication

Skill in organization

Ability to evaluate patient function and develop treatment plans

Ability to manage an average caseload of up to 2 patients per hour

Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills
