Job summary

OrthoNebraska seeks a Health Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, evidence-based care for patients with musculoskeletal conditions in Wisconsin. You will evaluate, diagnose and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function and reduce pain, working closely with physicians, PTAs, and staff.

You will establish goals with patients and families, deliver treatments to restore or improve function, and contribute to program growth and community outreach while maintaining strong

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality clinical care and customer service.
• Establish goals and treatment plans in collaboration with the patient, family members and healthcare team.
• Provide treatment services to restore, maintain or improve patient functions.
• Promote and advance the hospital’s vision to be the BEST through department initiatives and community outreach.
• Develop and enhance the vision of the department with an emphasis on growth and program development.
• Promote collaboration with referring physicians.
• Offer clinical instruction to physical therapy and physical therapy assistant students.
• Must be able and willing to collaborate with others as demonstrated by good listening skills, honest and respectful communication, and engaging in the process of reaching consensus when making decisions.
• Responsible for all other duties as assigned.
• Must be able to pass background check.
