Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience/Knowledge: 2+ years clinical experience or completion of an accredited residency.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete and comprehensive patient evaluations.
• Develop and implement plans of care with goals based on evaluation findings.
• Provide direct patient care and supervise assistants as needed.
• Mentor staff, students and interns; participate in education activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation in medical records.
