You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and supervise assistants and aides to ensure excellent patient outcomes. The role requires CAPTE-accredited education, valid state licensure, CPR certification, and strong problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills to support compliant and effective care.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs independently and remain active during the shift.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients for whom therapy is medically necessary.
• Maintain timely records of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
• Supervise and coach assistants and aides in delivering quality care.
• Adhere to state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
