• Participate in utilization review, care conferences, and care management.
• Develop and enhance PT programs and services to support quality outcomes.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and patient rights policies.
• Maintain licensure and stay informed on professional developments.
• Understand payment models and treatment guidelines for service delivery.
• Maintain confidentiality of facility and patient information.
• Uphold ethical, legal, and professional standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
