Qualifications

• Work experience may not substitute for education requirement.
• Currently registered as a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) or (RPT) by the State of Alabama Board of Physical Therapy required.
• Currently certified with CPR required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and provide physical therapy services as prescribed by the referring physician.
• Complete patient-related documentation to meet professional and regulatory standards.
