Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible to practice as a Physical Therapist in Missouri and/or Illinois.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
• BLS certification must be obtained within one month of hire.
• Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure in MO/IL as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full patient caseload with efficient scheduling and supervision communication.
• Evaluate patients and determine movement diagnoses.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans including return-to-sport/work.
