Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed in the state of Texas as a Physical Therapist.
• American Heart Association BLS within two weeks of employment.

Responsabilités

• Gather data from chart and discuss with physician as needed.
• Independently assess all patient types as assigned.
• Develop and adjust measurable, attainable goals based on evaluations.
• Coordinate assessment with treatment activities and discharge planning.
• Communicate treatment plans and educate patients and families.
• Document education, progress and plan for continuity of care.
