Qualifications

• Evaluate patients for rehabilitation services within 24 to 48 hours of physician’s orders.
• Develop effective treatment plans.
• Supervise the Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation and treatment of patients for mobility and function.
• Communicate with patients, family, and health team members.
• Participate in care meetings as requested.
