Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice; BLS required.
• No experience required.

Responsibilities

• Interprets physician referrals and completes evaluations using appropriate methods.
• Establishes a plan of care and implements treatment based on evaluation results.
• Monitors outcomes and adjusts treatment plans; communicates with physicians.
• Plans for discharge and provides home programs and family education.
• Completes documentation per policy; manages billing and scheduling.
• Supervises staff and supports safety and infection control measures.
• Participates in performance improvement activities and coverage planning.
