Qualifications

• MD/DC/VA licensure required as deemed necessary for location.

• American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers CPR certification.

• Implements treatment plans based on evaluation findings and patient presentation.
• Completes discharge planning and formal patient documentation.
