Responsibilities

• Perform full range of phlebotomy duties including venipuncture, finger-stick, and heel-stick; prepare and process specimens.
• Verify patient identity and provide courteous guidance during procedures.
• Assemble and organize phlebotomy supplies and maintain front desk area cleanliness.
• Document samples per SOPs and manage supply inventory.
• Provide non-phlebotomy clerical support across clinic areas as needed.
