Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to assist under the supervision of a licensed Pharmacist. You will help ensure smooth pharmacy operations, process prescription requests, and maintain equipment and supplies.

The role includes patient support, inventory management, and site maintenance. A high school diploma or GED is required, with 0–6 months of experience and state licensing within six months where applicable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Licensed or registered within 6 months of hire if state requires.
• 0–6 months of relevant experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate basic prescription refill requests and process per OCH policies.
• Assist with preparing and dispensing medications and supplies.
• Maintain inventory: receive/verify quantities, stock, check expirations, and create tickets.
• Support patient experience by answering basic questions and assisting with requests.
