Job summary

RedSail Technologies is seeking a Pharmacy Consultant, Clinical Services, to build relationships with customers, industry groups, and professional organizations while delivering consultation, coaching, training, and education to support clinical program execution and patient outcomes.

You will report to the Director of Clinical & Technical Services and work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Product Development, and Training to drive adoption and utilization of our solutions.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited college of pharmacy.
• Pharmacist license in good standing.
• Minimum of two years of applicable experience.
• Experience in community/retail and long-term care pharmacy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers, industry groups, and professional organizations.
• Provide consultation, coaching, training, and education to customers in clinical program execution.
• Lead customer coaching and consultative clinical calls.
• Mentor pharmacy interns and residency programs.
• Provide demonstrations of solutions and workflows to customers.
• Provide clinical input to development teams for feature enhancements.
• Identify workflow and software utilization improvements and provide insights to customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Product Development, and Training.
