Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical pharmacy services including drug information, therapy monitoring, patient-specific consultations, staff education, and pharmacoeconomic evaluations.
• Participate in Medication Safety and Therapeutics Committee processes; evaluate drug requests and formulary relevance.
• Serve as a resource for clinical pharmacists and other health professionals; provide continuing education to staff.
