Responsibilities

• Provide Clinical Pharmacy Services (drug information, therapy monitoring, patient consultations, staff education).
• Investigate adverse drug reactions.
• Participate in MS&T committee: evaluate drug usage and formulary relevance.
• Serve as resource for pharmacists and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide continuing education to Clinical Pharmacist staff.
• Document clinical activities.
• Precept pharmacy residents and students.
• Participate in local and system committees related to the area of expertise.
