Job summary

Marion VA Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist - PMOP Coordinator. This role serves within the Marion VA Health Care System and supports program development, quality resources, and specialist coordination across multiple locations.

Required are US citizenship, an ACPE-accredited pharmacy degree (Pharm.D. or BS Pharmacy), and a full, current license to practice pharmacy in the United States. Preference for ASHP residency, board certification, and direct patient care experience.

Qualifications

• Requires U.S. citizenship.
• Graduate of ACPE-accredited school with Pharm.D. or BS Pharmacy.
• Full, current and unrestricted licensure to practice pharmacy in a U.S. state/territory/DC.
