Job summary

Baptist Health in Kentucky is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist Specialist responsible for safe, effective medication therapy, with duties spanning centralized and decentralized systems and direct patient care.

The role requires graduation from an accredited College of Pharmacy, plus three years of experience or an ASHP residency, and an unrestricted Kentucky Pharmacy license. The pharmacist will review orders, provide drug information, and help optimize regimens.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy.
Three years of relevant experience and/or completion of an ASHP-accredited Pharmacy residency.
Licensed by the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy in good standing.

Responsibilities

Provide safe, effective, and prompt medication therapy across assignments.
Support centralized and decentralized medication use systems; monitor and manage therapies per protocol or consult.
Assist providers as a drug information resource and manage pharmacy inventory.
