Job summary

Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, FL is seeking a Manager of Clinical Pharmacy Services to oversee clinical pharmacy operations and lead a team of pharmacists within designated programs.

The role reports to the Director of Clinical Pharmacy and focuses on delivering evidence-based, patient-centered pharmaceutical care while ensuring regulatory compliance, quality standards, and efficient use of resources. Separate programs will be assigned, such as BMT-CI or malignant hematology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy with licensure.
• PGY-2 Residency or PGY-1 residency plus extensive clinical experience.
• Progressive leadership or supervisory experience in clinical pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational, leadership and clinical management for assigned clinical pharmacy programs and service areas.
• Lead, develop, and manage clinical pharmacy staff assigned to specific programs and areas.
• Ensure safe, effective, and high-quality pharmaceutical care within assigned areas.
