Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Pharm.D. in Pharmacy required.
• Iowa Pharmacist licensure, either by examination or reciprocity, is required.
• Leadership/Business/Informatics degree is preferred.
• One or more years of supervisory experience is preferred.
• Residency training and/or certification in area(s) related to practice is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership/oversight for day-to-day central pharmacy operations.
• Provides leadership/oversight to Pharmacy Department Informatics/systems and pharmacy perspective of the EMR.
• Performs the expected duties and responsibilities of a Clinical Pharmacist as necessary.

Education

Bachelors or Pharm.D. in Pharmacy

Iowa Pharmacist licensure (by examination or reciprocity)

Leadership/Business/Informatics degree (preferred)
