Boys Town National Research Hospital is seeking a Manager Clinical Pharmacy to lead the development, implementation, and quality improvement of coordinated clinical pharmacy services across the institution. You will guide integration of drug utilization programs and pharmacy operations to ensure evidence-based, compliant medication use.

The role requires supervisory experience, hospital pharmacy leadership, and adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacist license in good standing.
• PGY1 pharmacy residency required.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical and operational hospital pharmacy experience.
• Familiarity with EPIC, Omnicell, 340B, Medicare and Medicaid systems.
• BLS cert within 90 days of transfer or hire.
• ACLS and PALS cert within 180 days of transfer or hire.
• CITI certification within 30 days of transfer or hire.

Responsabilités

• Designs and implements new clinical pharmacy programs and medication stewardship initiatives.
• Oversees supervision, scheduling, training, and performance of direct reports.
• Leads departmental strategic planning for clinical resources and pharmacist utilization.
• Provides staff development and continuing education through trainings and materials.
• Oversees clinical research-related pharmacy services and investigational drug management.
• Participates in protocol reviews and site initiation visits from the pharmacy perspective.
• Develops and implements treatment guidelines and formulary changes.
• Represents pharmacy in committees and cross-department collaborations.
• Manages annual budgeting processes for operations and capital.
