Our client is a Magnet-designated, Level I Trauma and top-ranked children’s teaching hospital, and part of a multi-hospital not-for-profit healthcare system in the South. They are currently seeking a Clinical Pharmacy Manager to lead a diverse inpatient pharmacy team supporting critical care, OR, and ED functions. This position manages 20 direct reports and is heavily involved in clinical decision support, formulary oversight, and system-level pharmacy committees. The ideal candidate will bring both pediatric clinical expertise and leadership experience, with a strong ability to foster team development and operational excellence. This is a key role in shaping the pharmacy program's direction, including residency program involvement.
