Job Summary and Qualifications

• Under general supervision, and according to general policies and procedures, as the Clinical Pharmacy Manager you will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing the pharmacy clinical programs
• Your responsibilities will includes formulary management, policy and procedure development and education across the healthcare spectrum
• You shall also assist in managing the pharmacy when the Pharmacy Director or designee is unavailable

What qualifications you will need:

• Pharm D. from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy required
• Active pharmacist license in good standing with the appropriate State Board of Pharmacy
• ACLS certification is preferred
• At least 5 years of hospital pharmacy experience required; preferably within area of focus
• BPS Specialty certification (i.e. BCPS, BCCCP, etc.)
• Other certification (e.g. FCCP, FASHP) Hospital Pharmacy Management experience is preferred
• PC Skills - demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office, Meditech, and purchasing vendor applications and others as required
