Job summary

Qualifications

• Pharmacist license in Florida (FL) required.
• Accredited program in Pharmacy (Required).
• Active board certification in applicable field.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Director of Pharmacy to manage clinical initiatives.
• Recruit, hire, promote, and manage pharmacy personnel.
• Assess staff education and clinical competency to support strategic plan.
• Lead training of residents and pharmacy students.
• Develop and implement clinical pharmacy programs and quality measures.
• Review and implement policies to meet state and federal standards.
