Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Director of Pharmacy to manage clinical operational initiatives.
• Collaborates with the pharmacy management team to recruit, hire, promote, and manage pharmacy personnel.
• Develops and conducts an ongoing assessment of staff education and clinical competency.
• Leads, develops and/or oversees the training of pharmacy personnel, residents, and pharmacy students.
• Facilitates, delegate resources, or provides education to multidisciplinary staff.
• Oversees clinical pharmacy operations by establishing and maintaining standards and quality metrics.
• Manages performance and provides leadership to clinical staff.
• Conducts employee performance assessments for competency and satisfaction.
• Manages participation in multidisciplinary committees to align with goals.
• Supports research, publication, and education for the clinical team.
