Formación

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited program
• PGY2 residency in Critical Care preferred; PGY1 with CC/EM plus leadership experience also considered
• 2 years of progressive pharmacy leadership experience; 3–5 years preferred

• Lead and support a team of clinical pharmacy professionals (10–15) across CC and EM.
• Drive medication safety, quality improvement, formulary management, and clinical best practices.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance management for direct reports.
