Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• License/Certifications: Current or eligible for applicable state license as a Pharmacy Technician; CPhT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinical pharmacists to manage patient care in specialty disease states.
• Outreach to specialty patients to coordinate refills and deliveries.
• Provide patient counseling when appropriate with pharmacist oversight.
• Document all patient encounters in Epic/Compass Rose.
• Data entry/refill management in Epic Willow Ambulatory.
• Triage incoming phone calls appropriately.

Education

Current or eligible Pharmacy Technician license (state)

Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred
