Working closely with pharmacists, providers, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams, you'll help advance evidence-based pharmacy practice, improve patient outcomes, support regulatory compliance, and strengthen the delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical care. This role combines clinical expertise, leadership, education, and quality improvement to support both pharmacy operations and clinical services. **What You'll Do** Coordinate clinical pharmacy services and activities to promote safe, effective, and evidence-based medication therapy.Serve as a clinical pharmacy resource for pharmacists, providers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams in the evaluation and management of medication therapy.Evaluate therapeutic alternatives and support optimal medication selection and utilization.Identify, prevent, and resolve medication-related problems while promoting safe medication practices.Provide drug information and clinical consultation to healthcare professionals throughout the organization.Participate in interdisciplinary rounds, patient care conferences, and care management initiatives.Support the development, implementation, and evaluation of clinical pharmacy programs, protocols, and services.Assist with pharmacy staff training, competency validation, education, onboarding, and professional development activities.Monitor compliance with pharmacy policies, procedures, regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices.Support quality improvement, medication safety, antimicrobial stewardship, and performance improvement initiatives.Analyze clinical data and outcomes to identify opportunities for improving pharmaceutical care and patient outcomes.Assist with the development and maintenance of pharmacy policies, procedures, workflows, and documentation standards.Document clinical interventions, patient care activities, and pharmacy outcomes in accordance with organizational requirements.Perform the duties of a pharmacist while supporting departmental goals and operational priorities. **What You'll Bring** **Required Qualifications**Current Pharmacist licensure in the State of Missouri.Strong clinical pharmacy knowledge and medication therapy management expertise.Knowledge of pharmacy regulations, accreditation standards, and medication safety practices.Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Ability to effectively prioritize responsibilities and manage multiple initiatives.Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous quality improvement. **Preferred Qualities**Previous clinical pharmacy leadership or coordinator experience.Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree preferred.Completion of a pharmacy residency program preferred.Board certification in a pharmacy specialty preferred.Experience participating in quality improvement, medication safety, or antimicrobial stewardship initiatives.Experience providing clinical education, competency
