Job summary

Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare seeks an experienced Breast Care Navigator (LPN) to guide patients through the breast health journey, coordinating imaging, biopsies, referrals and follow-up care. You will educate patients, address barriers, and support care teams across disciplines.

Ideal candidates hold a current MO LPN license, BLS, and have strong communication and organization skills to improve access and outcomes for breast cancer patients from diagnosis through survivorship.

Responsibilities

  • Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and follow-up care.
