Job summary

Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider for the Same Day Clinic to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced setting.

You will work with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to provide timely evaluations, diagnostics, and evidence-based treatment, while ensuring excellent patient experiences and compliant documentation.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
  • Current Missouri NP/PA licensure or eligibility.
  • National certification appropriate to specialty and licensure type.
  • Current DEA registration or eligibility to obtain license.
  • BLS certification required and maintained.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with acute illnesses and urgent healthcare needs.
  • Obtain patient histories, perform focused exams, order/interpret tests, and create treatment plans.
  • Prescribe medications in line with policies and licensure.
  • Collaborate with physicians and care team to coordinate referrals and follow-up.
